Referee 'completely wrong' to award penalty - Williams

Ashley Williams and Thomas Frank have strongly disputed a controversial refereeing decision during Match of the Day analysis. Both commentators argued that Sunderland were mistakenly gifted a spot-kick following an incident between Ezri Konsa and Dan Ballard.
