Ravens rule out OLB Trey Hendrickson for Week 4 vs. Titans

Baltimore Ravens head coach Jesse Minter announced on Friday that veteran edge rusher Trey Hendrickson will miss the upcoming Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans. Hendrickson has been playing through multiple fractures in his right hand sustained during the season opener, but he opted to undergo a medical procedure this week to permanently correct the issue rather than continuing to wear a protective cast.

The absence of the star defender will create opportunities for younger roster members on the edge. Head coach Minter indicated that second-year defender Mike Green, rookie Zion Young, and undrafted newcomer Ethan Burke are all slated to see increased playing time during Sunday's contest.
