Rams lose key defender Jaylen Watson to scary shoulder injury against Broncos

During Sunday night's matchup in Denver, the visiting Los Angeles squad built a comfortable sixteen-point advantage before halftime. Unfortunately, their defensive unit sustained a significant setback when starting cornerback Jaylen Watson exited the contest due to a right shoulder injury near the end of the second quarter.

Following medical evaluation on the field, the defensive back departed on a cart and was officially ruled out for the remainder of the game. Emmanuel Forbes Jr. and Josh Wallace stepped in to share coverage duties in the secondary as the team worked to preserve their lead against the Broncos.
