Patriots sign running back Hassan Haskins, cornerback D’Shawn Jamison to practice squad

New England has bolstered its practice squad by adding running back Hassan Haskins and cornerback D’Shawn Jamison. The team moved to sign the pair following an injury to TreVeyon Henderson, while simultaneously releasing outside linebacker Jose Ramirez to clear a roster spot.

Haskins, a 26-year-old veteran with previous experience in Tennessee and Los Angeles, returns to the organization after a brief stint earlier this season. Jamison, 27, brings defensive depth after spending time with several clubs including San Francisco, Carolina, Pittsburgh, and Arizona.

Ramirez departs the squad after appearing in two games for the Patriots this year.
