Pakistan's Ayub released from squad in the middle of series, PCB explains why

Saim Ayub has departed the Pakistan ODI squad to focus on domestic play after failing to reach double digits in three consecutive appearances. Sahibzada Farhan has been called up to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the tri-series.

Pakistan has already clinched a spot in the tournament final following a perfect three-win record. This includes a narrow one-wicket victory over England at Gaddafi Stadium, where Shadab Khan secured an unbeaten 113 alongside Haris Rauf, as well as two earlier triumphs at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
