P.J. Fleck wiped his player's blood on his face in wild Minnesota celebration

Minnesota secured a narrow 27-24 victory away against Washington. Following the conclusion of the contest, Golden Gophers head coach P.J.

Fleck engaged in an intense post-game celebration with linebacker Maverick Baranowski. After noticing Baranowski was bleeding from the mouth due to absorbing a cleat during the final sequence, Fleck wiped the blood away and smeared it onto his own cheek, later referring to the defender as his blood brother.

Baranowski ended the matchup contributing seven tackles, two of which resulted in a loss, alongside one sack and an interception.
