Oregon news: Dylan Raiola sends well wishes to Dante Moore after dirty hit vs. USC

The twentieth-ranked Oregon Ducks secured a forty-one to twenty-seven victory playing away against the twelfth-ranked USC Trojans, though the contest was marred when starting quarterback Dante Moore suffered an injury from a late targeting hit by Desman Stephens during the second period. Backup quarterback Dylan Raiola stepped into the lineup to finish the game, completing nineteen of twenty-five passes for two hundred eighty-nine yards and a pair of touchdowns while dedicating his postgame remarks to his injured teammate.

Following the contest, head coach Dan Lanning condemned the hit as disgusting while praising the squad's overall resilience.

Raiola connected with Evan Stewart on a short scoring pass and later threw a go-ahead twenty-nine-yard touchdown to Dakorien Moore in the final quarter. Running backs Dierre Hill Jr.

and Jordon Davison added rushing scores to secure the decision, while opposing quarterback Jayden Maiava threw for three hundred twenty-six yards and two touchdowns before Oregon's defense stopped a late fourth-down attempt.
