Oregon HC Dan Lanning Knew Offense Was Off During Training Camp

Oregon head coach Dan Lanning recently admitted that he recognized issues with his team's offensive performance as early as the preseason training camp. Following a disappointing 21-10 defeat to the Illinois Fighting Illini that dropped the Ducks to a 4-3 record, Lanning made the decision to dismiss offensive coordinator Drew Mehringer.

The program is now navigating a transition period as they search for a new play-caller to stabilize their struggling season.
