Ohio State’s true freshman CB to be a game-time decision vs. Iowa

As the Buckeyes gear up for a conference road game in Week 5, the team's depth will be tested following multiple roster adjustments. Offensive tackle Phillip Daniels has been ruled out for the upcoming contest, creating a vacancy on the line.

Meanwhile, defensive availability remains uncertain as rookie cornerback Jay Timmons enters the matchup listed as a game-time decision due to an undisclosed issue. Timmons has appeared in three contests this season, accumulating six tackles and forcing a single fumble.

Head coach Ryan Day and his coaching staff must navigate these missing pieces while preparing to counter Iowa's tactical game plan.
