Ohio State rises modestly in US LBM Coaches Poll after Illinois win

Following a comfortable forty-two to nineteen triumph over Illinois, the Ohio State football program improved its standing in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll. The squad now sits at the sixth spot, moving up one position from the previous week despite holding a three and one record.

This upward shift was aided by a prior loss suffered by Ole Miss. Meanwhile, Texas remains positioned at the top of the rankings, followed closely by Georgia and Notre Dame in second and third place respectively.
