October baseball for Atlanta begins with Ray Kerr on the mound for Game 3 vs. Phillies

The Atlanta Braves host a decisive elimination matchup at Truist Park, sending left-hander Ray Kerr to the mound for the opening frame against the Philadelphia Phillies. Kerr, who recently returned to action following a two-year recovery from Tommy John surgery, will look to set an early tone after compiling a 1.47 ERA across nine regular-season appearances.

Philadelphia counters with right-hander Aaron Nola, aiming to punch a ticket to Los Angeles for the National League Division Series.
