NY Giants vs. Cowboys: Malik Nabers’ status remains murky ahead of Sunday Night Football

New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers heads into the Week 1 Sunday Night Football matchup against the Dallas Cowboys carrying a questionable tag due to a knee issue. The pass catcher, who has been sidelined since Week 4 of the previous campaign, appears destined to be a game-time determination ahead of the contest at MetLife Stadium.

Nabers has expressed that he is relying on faith to dictate whether he can handle game action.

Adding further intrigue to his availability, the Giants completed recent roster adjustments that suggest the team is bracing for his potential absence. Should Nabers ultimately sit out, the Dallas secondary would avoid facing New York's primary receiving threat to kick off the regular season.
