The New York Giants head into their weekend matchup against the Arizona Cardinals with positive health updates across the roster. Left tackle Andrew Thomas managed limited participation on Friday due to a groin issue and is tracking toward a game-day appearance despite skipping practice sessions earlier in the week.
Center John Michael Schmitz missed team workouts for personal reasons but is anticipated to take the field on Sunday as well.
Additional contributors are also slated to return to action for New York. Both cornerback Deonte Banks and safety Tyler Nubin logged full practices after recovering from respective calf troubles, while running back Tyrone Tracy removed concerns regarding his knee by participating fully.
Conversely, the Cardinals will be without safety Dadrion Taylor-Demerson because of a back ailment, and linebacker Josh Sweat carries a questionable tag due to a groin problem.
