NFL winners, losers for Week 5 include two major gaffes in NFC East

Week 5 of the NFL season brought multiple surprising outcomes, beginning with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeating the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday for their initial victory of the year. Later, the Philadelphia Eagles nearly mounted a late comeback against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London before surrendering their advantage in the closing seconds.

In Sunday action, the San Francisco 49ers improved to a 5-0 record following a tight 32-29 triumph over the Seattle Seahawks, while Drake Maye led the New England Patriots to a 45-17 blowout victory over the Las Vegas Raiders by passing for 374 yards and four touchdowns.
