Los Angeles Rams edge rusher Myles Garrett faces an extended absence after deciding to have an arthroscopic procedure on his knee. The club intends to designate the veteran defender for injured reserve following difficulties during the opening-week defeat against the San Francisco 49ers in Melbourne, Australia.
