Despite preseason concerns regarding a lack of experience, the USC receiving corps has outperformed expectations through seven games, largely driven by standout performances from underclassmen. Freshman Trent Mosley has been a primary offensive force, scoring in every game he has appeared in and recording three 100-yard performances across four contests.
Kayden Dixon-Wyatt has also excelled, leading the team with 400 receiving yards and stepping into a primary role during Mosley's injury absence. Supporting these efforts, Zacharyus Williams has contributed 315 yards and one touchdown, while Tanook Hines has emerged as a reliable target, highlighted by his recent 83-yard, one-touchdown outing against Penn State.
Corey Simms also provided significant big-play ability before his injury, particularly during his breakout performance against Rutgers.
