Maryland football implodes against UCLA in 54-3 defeat

Maryland suffered a massive 54-3 defeat against UCLA during a rainy September matchup. Quarterback Malik Washington struggled under heavy pressure, completing 61 percent of his passes for 89 yards and throwing two interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown by Scooter Jackson.

Despite efforts from defensive senior Daniel Wingate and offensive contributor Chris Durr Jr., head coach Mike Locksley's squad could not overcome the early deficits and constant offensive line struggles.
