Marco Bezzecchi responds to ‘not true’ Ducati claims over his MotoGP title hopes

Aprilia rider Marco Bezzecchi has pushed back against recent suggestions from Ducati team manager Davide Tardozzi that he remains a serious contender for the MotoGP world championship. Despite Tardozzi insisting that a 50-point deficit is surmountable, Bezzecchi maintains that such a gap is significant and difficult to overcome given the current competitiveness of rivals Marc Marquez and Jorge Martin.

Heading into the Malaysian Grand Prix, Bezzecchi expressed a cautious outlook regarding his performance at the Sepang circuit. He noted that his previous experiences at the venue have been challenging and prefers to manage his expectations rather than focus on the title race math.
