LSU football stays put in US LBM Coaches Poll after A&M win

Following a decisive thirty-five to six victory against Texas A&M during the fourth week of the season, the LSU football squad maintained its eleventh-place position in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll. Despite the emphatic triumph, voters seemingly kept the team's prior week setback in mind, keeping them just outside the top ten rankings.

Across the rest of the poll, Texas held the top spot, Georgia remained in second, and Notre Dame, Miami, and Indiana rounded out the top five. Meanwhile, Florida climbed into the top ten following a notable win over Ole Miss, pushing the Rebels down to twelfth place just behind the Tigers.
