Lions Week 1 inactives: Christian Izien, Ahmed Hassanein OUT vs. Saints

The Detroit Lions finalized their lineup for the opening matchup against the New Orleans Saints, confirming that defensive back Christian Izien and Ahmed Hassanein will not suit up. Prior to kickoff, head coach Dan Campbell addressed Izien's physical status, as the defensive back entered game day carrying the lone questionable tag on an otherwise remarkably clean medical report for Detroit.
