The New York organization recently finalized its training camp roster by locking in a pair of players on two-way deals. Tyler Nickel, selected forty-seventh overall during the summer draft after a strong shooting campaign at Vanderbilt, and veteran guard Kevin McCullar Jr.
both secured the dual-affiliation positions. These additions bring the squad total to twenty players ahead of scheduled media sessions and the opening of camp practices.
McCullar enters his third consecutive season operating under a two-way agreement following limited rotational minutes over the past two years, while Nickel joins the franchise after drawing pre-draft interest to potentially return to school for Name, Image, and Likeness compensation. The team plans to kick off their exhibition schedule early next month against Philadelphia.
