Keeping pushing forward: What to know for Notre Dame’s Week 5 game at North Carolina

Notre Dame enters its upcoming Week 5 matchup with an undefeated September record and a fourteen-game win streak, having outscored prior opponents by a massive margin while securing victories over three separate Big Ten programs. Head coach Marcus Freeman has emphasized internal discipline to avoid self-inflicted mistakes, noting the tactical organization instilled by opposing coach Bill Belichick during his time leading the Tar Heels.

The contest will also feature a tough test against a formidable defensive front anchored by standout lineman Xavier Lewis as the visitors travel away from home.
