Kansas Falls to Utah 41-24 as Jayhawks Prepare for Rivalry Showdown With K-State

The Kansas Jayhawks fell short in a 41-24 loss to the No. 12 Utah Utes on Saturday night, marking their second straight defeat in Big 12 play.

Utah’s ground attack was the driving force behind the victory, with Wayshawn Parker leading the charge by rushing for 171 yards and scoring two touchdowns. Despite Kansas’s high-powered passing offense finding its rhythm, the Jayhawks couldn’t overcome the Utes’ defensive resilience and turnover margin, leaving them with a tough road ahead as they prepare for their upcoming rivalry clash with Kansas State.

Quarterback Isaiah Marshall showed significant improvement in recent weeks, but the team’s inability to capitalize on momentum proved costly in the end.
