Big Ten on CBS 2026 schedule: Michigan vs. Penn State, Nebraska vs. Iowa headline upcoming slate

The 2026 CBS college football schedule is packed with high-profile matchups, particularly in the Big Ten, where 14 games will air on CBS starting at 3:30 p.m. ET.

Early highlights include a critical showdown between Michigan and Penn State in Week 7, as the Nittany Lions aim to break a three-game losing streak in conference play. Michigan, led by first-year coach Kyle Whittingham, faces offensive challenges but has shown promise with a recent victory over Oklahoma, which has since lost to Texas in Week 6.

Another marquee rivalry, Nebraska vs. Iowa, will take center stage on Black Friday, November 27, in Iowa City at noon ET, adding to the season’s must-watch slate.

Beyond the Big Ten, CBS will also broadcast the Pac-12 Championship Game and the Army-Navy rivalry, including the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy games, with the Army-Navy showdown set for MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The schedule also features a Pac-12 nonconference game between USC and Rutgers on September 19, marking the league’s return to national prominence.
