Seattle Seahawks defensive backs Julian Love and Ty Okada could be back on the practice field soon as they recover from their respective injuries. Love was sidelined for the Week 3 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals due to a calf issue picked up during a Thursday practice on September 24, though coach Mike Macdonald noted he completed extensive drills on Monday and remains day to day.
AJ Finley filled in by making his initial career start in Love's absence.
Meanwhile, Okada has been unavailable for all three contests because of a hamstring problem, but there is a chance he resumes practicing during the upcoming week. Rodney Thomas II has filled that void by starting each of the first three games.
The updates point to potential reinforcement for the team's secondary as the schedule progresses.
