Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Josiah Trotter delivered a memorable performance in his first career NFL appearance against the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium. The son of former NFL standout Jeremiah Trotter highlighted his debut by recording both a sack and an interception returned for a touchdown.
Despite Trotter's milestone contributions, Cincinnati secured the Week 1 victory. The Buccaneers grabbed an early 3-0 advantage, but the Bengals responded with 14 straight points in the opening half, started by Demetrius Knight Jr.
taking a fumble 27 yards into the end zone following a combined sack by Myles Murphy and Barrett Carter.
