Jim Palmer says Orioles manager brushed off his advice after ignoring text for months

Legendary club figure Jim Palmer shared on a recent podcast appearance that his attempts to share hitting advice with first-year skipper Craig Albernaz were dismissed. Back in February, the Hall of Famer attempted to send a text suggesting that outfielder Colton Cowser study Cody Bellinger's approach against southpaw pitching.

After months of silence, Palmer finally raised the topic in person during a pre-game chat in Houston with five weeks remaining in the schedule, only for the manager to brush off the suggestion.
