Jalen Ramsey on Joey Porter Jr.: Unfortunate it didn't work out, but I'm happy for him

Cornerback Joey Porter Jr. was dealt from the Steelers to the Cowboys on Wednesday night following a drawn-out contract negotiation.

Jalen Ramsey, who experienced a nearly identical departure from the Jaguars in 2019 ahead of his trade to the Rams, expressed sympathy and support for his former teammate after a Thursday night loss against the Rams. Ramsey praised Porter as a top-five talent and endorsed his fresh start, while drawing parallels to his own past experience with the business side of the league at age 24.
