IPL 2027: Steffan Jones joins Mumbai Indians as bowling consultant

The Mumbai Indians have bolstered their technical staff by appointing Steffan Jones as a bowling consultant for their player development initiatives. The 52-year-old Welshman, who previously held high-performance roles with the Rajasthan Royals, will collaborate with Zubin Bharucha to mentor domestic talent throughout the current season.

Jones is noted for his recent work enhancing the pace of all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy. This appointment follows the franchise's recent decision to name Kieron Pollard as head coach, succeeding Mahela Jayawardene.
