ESPN is bringing its pregame broadcast to Iowa City this weekend for the first time in two decades as the undefeated Hawkeyes prepare to face the Buckeyes at Kinnick Stadium. Iowa enters the matchup following a dramatic last-second victory over Michigan courtesy of a touchdown pass from Hank Brown to Reece Vander Zee, bringing their record to 4-0.
Meanwhile, Ohio State stands at 3-1 after defeating Illinois at home, with their only setback coming against Texas. The last time the pregame show visited this campus was back in September 2006, when a top-ranked visiting squad led by Troy Smith and Antonio Pittman defeated the home team 38-17.
Game broadcasters and analysts such as Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban, and Stanford Steve Coughlin will be present for the coverage, with kickoff scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT on CBS.
