Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Tyler Guyton’s back injury was cleared after X-rays came back negative, allowing him to sit out only the final offensive series of the team’s last game. Broderick Jones stepped in to replace him at left tackle during that stretch.
Meanwhile, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb’s quad issue was downgraded to a minor bruise, letting him return for the final drive. Cornerback Joey Porter Jr., who missed the Cowboys’ 24-16 loss to Tampa Bay due to illness, is now recovering and expected to be available moving forward.
The only lingering concern remains safety Alijah Clark, who remains day-to-day after the game, while the Cowboys also have safeties P.J. Locke and Jalen Thompson on injured reserve.
The next contest for Dallas is scheduled for October 18.
