IND vs PAK T20I head-to-head record before India vs Pakistan Asian Games final

India and Pakistan are set to clash in the gold medal match at the 2026 Asian Games following commanding semifinal wins. Shreyas Iyer led his squad to a massive 124-run victory against Sri Lanka, powered by an unbeaten knock of 80 runs from Ishan Kishan and contributions from Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, before a clinical bowling display from Jasprit Bumrah, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Ravi Bishnoi, and Abhishek Sharma dismissed the opposition cheaply.

Meanwhile, Pakistan advanced past Bangladesh by six wickets in a rain-reduced fixture thanks to notable batting efforts from Towhid Hridoy, Hasan Nawaz, and Abdul Samad. This upcoming final adds another chapter to their historic T20I rivalry, which spans seventeen prior meetings and includes recent dominant runs by India across various international tournaments.
