Illinois' Katin Houser Ranked Among Top 20 QBs by ESPN Writer

Illinois quarterback Katin Houser has earned national recognition from analyst Bill Connelly, landing at number sixteen on a recent list of signal-callers. The transfer player has maintained a strong Total QBR above 77.0 in every start this year, helping offset early struggles that led to defensive coordinator Bobby Hauck stepping down.

Ahead of an upcoming matchup where the team is favored against Purdue, the offense hopes to integrate returning transfer Jayshon Platt while leaning on contributors like Hudson Clement and tight end Caden Feagin.
