Hurricanes 6, Predators 0

The Carolina Hurricanes wrapped up their exhibition slate with a commanding six-goal shutout victory against their opponent on the road. Brandon Bussi turned away all twenty-two shots he faced to secure the clean sheet, while six different goalscorers contributed to the offensive onslaught.

Jackson Blake initiated the scoring during a power play early in the opening period, eventually finishing the match with a team-leading three points. Jordan Martinook and Nikolaj Ehlers quickly expanded the lead before the first intermission, followed by a second-period tally from Logan Stankoven and late goals by Mark Jankowski and Andrei Svechnikov.
