Here's how the pitching might line up for the White Sox-Guardians ALDS

As the Cleveland Guardians and the Chicago White Sox prepare for their historic postseason clash, both clubs are mapping out their rotations for the opening games of the American League Division Series. Cleveland secured the top divisional seed and a first-round bye, allowing them to organize their pitching staff ahead of Saturday's opener at Progressive Field.

Meanwhile, Chicago advanced by sweeping Houston in the Wild Card round, leading to a more fluid setup as manager Stephen Vogt and the coaching staff evaluate potential strategies. Cleveland has leaned on standout rookie starter Messick, whose stellar regular-season performance earned high ERA rankings alongside teammate Williams, who racked up numerous strikeouts during the campaign.

Additional arms such as Espino, Joey Cantillo, and Randal Grichuk could also influence upcoming tactical decisions depending on how the initial contests unfold.
