Hansi Flick talks Yamal, de Jong, Farinas and Gavi after Barcelona 6-1 Alaves

Following back-to-back losses, Barcelona bounced back in dominant fashion by crushing Deportivo Alaves 6-1 at their home stadium. Lamine Yamal and Raphinha each scored twice, while Fermin Lopez and Anthony Gordon also contributed goals to secure the decisive victory.

Manager Hansi Flick earned his 100th win with the club and praised Yamal for his resilience following his third-place finish behind Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane in the Ballon d'Or standings. To cope with a severe defensive injury crisis, Flick deployed Frenkie de Jong as a center-back, while academy talent Brian Farinas also received notable minutes during the rout.
