GB’s Harriet Dart wins maiden WTA title at 30 with Guangzhou Open triumph

Harriet Dart secured her inaugural WTA tournament victory by overcoming Lilli Tagger in a three-set battle at the Guangzhou Open. The 30-year-old British qualifier rallied from an initial set deficit to defeat her 18-year-old Austrian opponent with a final score of 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.

This achievement follows a challenging path to the final, which included saving three match points during her previous victory against Sun Xinran.
