Frank leading candidate for Palace job with Sage likely to be sacked
Crystal Palace is weighing a managerial change as Pierre Sage faces potential dismissal following a seventh league loss this season. Thomas Frank has emerged as the primary candidate to take over, having previously been considered by the club during the summer.
Other individuals under consideration by the organization include Frank Lampard, Sean Dyche, Vitor Pereira, Kim Hellberg, Vitor Matos, and Tony Popovic. Frank previously led Brentford for seven years before an eight-month stint at Tottenham that ended in his departure while the team sat 16th in the standings.
Jamie Carragher noted that despite a recent 3-1 defeat to Liverpool, the team displayed a strong performance.
