Franco Colapinto: I have full support from Alpine F1 boss Flavio Briatore

Franco Colapinto has managed to retain backing from Alpine Formula 1 director Flavio Briatore following a collision during the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. The driver caused a late-race crash during a safety car restart after locking his brakes, which eliminated both team-mate Pierre Gasly and McLaren competitor Lando Norris and ruined a double points result for the squad.
