Florida standout Jadan Baugh has captured the Doak Walker National Running Back of the Week award following his standout performance in Week 4. Baugh carried the ball 29 times for 142 yards and scored three times against Ole Miss, contributing significantly to a historic offensive explosion for the Gators.
This marked his fourth consecutive outing with at least 135 rushing yards and multiple scores, placing him alongside program greats Fred Taylor and Emmitt Smith in reaching the century mark across five consecutive appearances. Through just four contests, Baugh has accumulated 600 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns, making him the fastest player in program history to reach that yardage mark while matching notable SEC scoring paces set by Najee Harris and Leonard Fournette.
