Indiana guard Tyasha Harris will sit out the remainder of the postseason after breaking her left fibula during the regular-season finale on Thursday. Team officials confirmed the diagnosis following a third-quarter incident in Minnesota where the reserve player had to be carried off the floor.
The 28-year-old finished her campaign averaging roughly four points, two assists, and 1.1 rebounds per contest. Head coach Stephanie White also addressed another setback from the same contest involving Aliyah Boston, who suffered a recurrence of a previous right lower leg problem.
The team slumped to an 86-66 defeat against the Lynx, securing the sixth seed and a postseason series with the Las Vegas Aces.
