Fever desperately need Kelsey Mitchell with season on the line vs. Aces

The Indiana faces a quick playoff exit following a 102-85 defeat against the Las Vegas Aces at Michelob Ultra Arena. Star guards Kelsey Mitchell and Caitlin Clark combined for just 27 points on poor shooting, with Mitchell managing only 12 points as her scoring slump continued.

Meanwhile, Aces standout A'ja Wilson outscored the entire Indiana backcourt duo by herself by putting up 38 points.

Indiana now stands on the brink of elimination as the series shifts to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The team requires a major offensive rebound from Mitchell, who finished second in the league in regular-season scoring at 24.7 points per contest, to force a deciding third game.
