Faizon Brandon injury updates: Tennessee QB falls on arm vs Texas

During the opening half of the matchup between Tennessee and Texas, starting quarterback Faizon Brandon suffered an apparent shoulder injury after taking a heavy tumble on a power carry. Medical staff attended to the signal-caller on the turf before he exited under his own power with medical personnel alongside, keeping his arm bent as he headed toward the sideline.

George MacIntyre stepped in as the replacement sophomore under center, immediately tossing an incompletion facing tight defensive coverage on the next snap.
