England give Fleming unprecedented consent to balance job with TV role in New Zealand

Fleming will arrive in England this week to hold discussions with red-ball skipper Joe Root alongside Rob Key, who oversees men's cricket for the ECB. The incoming coach was absent for the recent home series against Pakistan, during which interim leader Marcus Trescothick oversaw a comprehensive 3-0 sweep.
