Enes Kanter labels Cheryl Reeve unfit for WNBA amid latest transgender comments

Following an eighty-six to sixty-six victory by the Minnesota Lynx over the Indiana Fever that wrapped up their twenty-twenty-six season, head coach Cheryl Reeve made remarks celebrating her support for transgender athletes as a major personal milestone. This public stance drew immediate backlash from former professional basketball player Enes Kanter Freedom, who took to social media to demand her immediate resignation.

Kanter argued that backing transgender athletes is incompatible with leading a women's basketball team and challenged the veteran coach to select him in the twenty-twenty-seven WNBA Draft if she truly stands by her comments.
