Eagles will reportedly face Case Keenum as the Bears’ starting quarterback

Ahead of the upcoming Monday Night Football matchup, the Chicago offense is turning to veteran Case Keenum to take the opening snaps under center. Jay Glazer revealed that Caleb Williams will miss multiple weeks due to a grade two hamstring issue, while typical backup Tyson battled through concussion protocols during the week.

Although cleared over the weekend, Ben Johnson ultimately chose Keenum to lead the unit for his first regular season action since 2023, leaving Bagent available on the bench. Philadelphia defensive coordinator Vic Fangio noted that his squad prepared for the entire playbook rather than a specific signal-caller, while defensive tackle Jordan Davis emphasized the need to shut down the rushing attack after reviewing last season's defeat.
