Eagles QB Jalen Hurts leaves loss to Bears briefly after hard hit out of bounds, evaluated for concussion

During Monday's matchup, Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts was sent to the medical tent for a concussion assessment following a hard sideline tackle by Chicago defender D'Marco Jackson. Although the play drew an infraction flag, medical staff briefly removed the signal-caller from the contest, prompting Andy Dalton to step in for the remainder of that possession before a defensive interception occurred.

Hurts eventually received clearance from medical personnel and rejoined the action prior halftime, capping off a rapid scoring sequence with a short rushing touchdown.
