DeVonta Smith out for Week 4 vs. Rams with hamstring injury

The Philadelphia Eagles will head into their upcoming Sunday matchup against the Rams missing several notable contributors due to injuries. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith leads the sidelined group after missing every practice session all week because of a hamstring problem, having previously accumulated 19 receptions, 235 yards, and a touchdown across three appearances this season.

Alongside Smith, linebacker Zack Baun and tight end Dallas Goedert have also been ruled out for Week 4 with concussion and knee injuries respectively. Further absentees on the official injury report include Marquise Brown, Marcus Epps, and Fred Johnson.

On a positive note for Philadelphia, numerous previously listed players such as Tank Bigsby, Jalen Carter, and Will Shipley have been cleared of their designations and are anticipated to take the field.
