Despite groin injury, Colts are encouraged regarding PK Spencer Shrader’s status for London

The Indianapolis Colts anticipate that kicker Spencer Shrader will be available for Sunday's upcoming matchup in London against the Washington Commanders despite dealing with a groin ailment. According to special teams coordinator Brian Mason, the team may limit Shrader's practice repetitions early in the week to manage his workload and aid his recovery.

During last week's narrow victory over the Houston Texans, Shrader aggravated his groin during pre-game preparations but still delivered a stellar performance. He successfully converted all four of his field goal attempts, which included a pair of kicks exceeding fifty yards, culminating in a game-winning fifty-three yard field goal with sixteen seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.
