Deco hits out at 'scandalous' Pedri and Raphinha Ballon d'Or omissions

Deco has strongly criticized the decision to exclude both Pedri and Raphinha from the Ballon d'Or consideration, describing their absence as scandalous.

The sporting director voiced his deep frustration over the award's shortlist after neither player made the final cut.
